At Nomad Optiks, your satisfaction is our priority. Because we partner with global suppliers to bring you the best camera and optics gear at competitive prices, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return and refund requests only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • Because products are dispatched directly from our supplier network, we do not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. The Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. Requests made after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please do not send your purchase back to the address on the shipping label. Follow these steps instead:

  2. Include your Order Number and the name of the product.

  3. Provide a clear description of the defect or damage, along with photo or video evidence of the issue.

Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address or instructions for a replacement.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once your return request is approved (or the defective item is received and inspected, if a physical return is required by our supplier):

  • We will notify you via email that your refund has been approved.

  • Your refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without clear proof of defect, damage, or order error.

  • Items returned to our suppliers without prior approval from our support team.

  • Products showing signs of misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
